  • Staff from WC float to L&D during the PM shift.
    • Job Requirements
    • Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have - AWHONN Intermediate fetal monitoring, BLS, NRP. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
    • Typical procedures performed on units: Postpartum care, Postoperative surgical care for c sections and gyne cases, Care for stable antepartum, non stress test.
    • Best personality Fit: Team player, Customer service
      • Schedule Information
      • Number of Staff - Day Shift - (charge, RNs, CNAs, and sitters), Night Shift - needed PM shift charge nurse, RNS, CNA
      • Patient Ratios - 1:7
      • Type of equipment - pyxis machine, welch allyn BP machine, fetal monitor for ante partum pts
      • EMR - meditech and CPN
      • Weekends and On call(if any) - Every other weekend
