Restaurant Assistant ManagerKumori Sushi is a sushi restaurant that combines traditional tastes with a contemporary style of presentation.As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing customers with a unique and unforgettable dining experience.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Appoint, induct, and mentor new staff members.
• Schedule shifts and assign tables to wait staff.
• Resolve customer questions and grievances in a professional manner.
• Conduct payroll activities in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Purchase new ingredients, kitchen utensils, and equipment as needed.
• Source better deals on resources and equipment.
• Record all income and expenses and ensure cash registers are balanced.Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience in a fine-dine restaurant.
• Intermediate accounting and arithmetic skills.
• Strong leadership skills and an affinity for capacity development.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
